How long will my delivery take?  

Please note that due to the 2nd August lockdown in Victoria we are operating at 50% capacity and have a 2 week sewing delay on all orders.  We apologise for the inconvenience however once your order is ready you will receive Australia Post eparcel tracking number for delivery. 

*During the COVID-19 lockdown period, there have been global shipping delays. While we make every effort to get orders out on time, please understand that some delays are beyond our control and we will update you if there are any issues. Please note that Australia Post is experiencing huge volumes of parcels and domestic delivery delays are expected into late May.

Number of days is business days and if for any reason an import duty is payable, this will be paid by the purchaser.

Keeping a low carbon footprint is important to us so we send in bulk. This means that your parcel may not leave the day it is filled but it will still have tracking and arrive within the allocated time frame. If you need your order sooner, we have express shipping available too.

Order tracking 
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a consignment number/track ID. Simply click the link in the email to go to the tracking information for the delivery of your parcel. Our LPO is Daylesford and while tracking may not be updated at every stop, we have found the Australia Post to be a very reliable service.

Express Shipping is available during check out, just select it from the shipping menu, if it is not shown, it may not be available at the time.

All express orders leave from our Victorian factory between the hours of 10am and 4pm on business days and all weekend orders leave Monday morning with tracking provided.
