How long will my delivery take?
As our garments are made to order, we minimise dead stock issues and conserve our raw materials. Once an order is received we make the garment for you and send it out with Australia post. Currently all orders take approximately 3-4 weeks to make and then ship.

Our little Australian Made workshop has prepped the next 5 weeks to be able to deliver your orders. This table shows where our capacity is up to and when to expect your order to be dispatched. Batch quantities are limited so first come, first served.
Free Delivery for all orders over $99 with Australia Post eparcel tracking.
Our current turnaround time is approximately three to four weeks for sewing from ordering and then we will email Australia Post tracking details. If you need your order sooner, we have express shipping available too.
Once your garment has been sewn and packaged it takes approximately 5-7 business days for most destinations.

Please note if an international import duty is payable, this will be paid by the purchaser.
Order tracking
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a consignment number/track ID. Simply click the link in the email to go to the tracking information for the delivery of your parcel. Our LPO is Bakery Hill and while tracking may not be updated at every stop, we have found the Australia Post to be a very reliable service.
Express Shipping*
*At peak times Express shipping may not be available.* For orders to arrive before December 25 until January 15th, express service may not be available.
Express Shipping is available during check out, just select it from the shipping menu, if it is not shown, it may not be available at the time.
All express orders leave from our Victorian factory between the hours of 10am and 4pm on business days.

All orders are in Australian Dollar currency (AUD$) unless otherwise stated.
Changing shipping address
To change your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible on 1800 255 696 within Australia or send an email to hello@farmtohanger.com with the heading 'Change of shipping address' and order number.
