How long will my delivery take?
As our garments are made to order, we minimise dead stock issues and conserve our raw materials. Once an order is received we make the garment for you and send it out with Australia post.
We have Free Shipping for all orders over $99 with full Australia Post online tracking and updates.
Our current turnaround time is approximately two to three weeks for sewing from ordering and then we will email Australia Post tracking details once it leaves. If you need your order sooner, please get in touch.
Once your garment has been sewn and packaged it takes approximately 3-5 business days for most destinations.

USA Tariffs - 2025
We are currently monitoring the USA tariff restrictions. As we are NOT made in China and everythng we sell is made by us using Australian raw materials and 100% Australian made our tariff rate is 10%. We have decided to absorb these tariffs within our currency exchange, If you have any further queries regarding tariffs please contact customer service on hello@farmtohanger.com
Order tracking
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a consignment number/track ID. Simply click the link in the email to go to the tracking information for the delivery of your parcel. Our new Melbourne delivery centre is Sunshine and while tracking may not be updated at every stop, we have found the Australia Post to be a very reliable service.
Express Shipping*
At times we offer express shipping and when it is available it will show at checkout. Express shipping does not mean express sewing. We maintain our sewing schedule in chronological order and ship express once completed.
*At peak times Express shipping may not be available.* For orders between December 25 until January 15th, express service is not available as we are closed for the holidays.

Currency
All orders are in Australian Dollar currency ($AUD) unless stated otherwise.
Regions will show the local currency. and different currencies are available from the drop down box located on the top right hand corner of the website.
Changing shipping address
